She holds a strong commitment to inclusivity, a positive work ethic and recognizes the important role of collaboration in achieving success as a team. Bella believes design has the power to challenge social norms, break barriers, and ignite change. Her dedication extends to engaging and uplifting BIPOC communities, particularly her own, the Hmong community. As she navigates the realm of graphic design, her enthusiasm lies in exploring the boundless possibilities to communicate, create, inspire, and affect in a beautiful way.

ABSTRACT
Inclusive Impressions is all about making every child feel welcomed and celebrated in their classroom. Through colorful and engaging posters that showcase diverse cultures, kids get to see themselves and their friends represented in their learning space. Inclusive Impressions' goal is to foster empathy and understanding among young learners. With every poster, comes along a lesson plan for teachers that include a class activity. By creating a classroom environment where everyone feels valued, we're not just teaching lessons; we're shaping inclusive attitudes and building a community where differences are celebrated. Inclusive Impressions is an invitation to embrace diversity and create a classroom where every child feels like they belong.

DEPARTURE
After completing her undergraduate degree, Bella's plans are to pursue graphic design and hopes to focus on branding within the beauty industry someday. She plans to continue working closely with her Hmong community to spotlight thier stories that reaches a variety of audiences. Bella will contue her passion for storytelling through illustration and intruging compositions.
