For Chloe’s final exhibition project, she has developed an eco-friendly solution for flower bouquet packaging to improve the experience of receiving flowers for the flowers and the receiver. The design entails a bouquet holder crafted from seed cardboard, which can be planted to grow flowers post-use. Additionally, the bouquet holder will feature perforated pollinator critters that can be popped out and placed in gardens using color to attract other pollinators. This sustainable approach not only mitigates packaging waste but also benefits the environment by promoting biodiversity. This project hopes to inspire more sustainable packaging design approaches to remedy the growing concern of packaging waste.
